NEW SYSTEM AT WANG A NUT. . By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wanganui, September 23. ' To-day's meeting of the AVnnstanui Jockey Club marked the inauguration of a new svstem in regard to totalisator tickets. The system, which has been oaten ted, is designed to prevent forgery. It is based on a combination of varieties of tickets for every horse, which makes it impossible for anyone "but the responsible head of tho totalisator department to know what designs aro to bo used. Visiting sportsmen took great interest in the contrivance. As a result of a system of cabinets, only half tho spaco originally required in tho totalisator house is necessay.v-
