FEDERAL HIGH COURT JUDGMENT / Melbourne, September 17. The Federal High Court has delivered judgment in the conspiracy case against Arthur Kidman and others. Tlie Pull Bench of six Judges held that accused had been indicted valiflly in common law, but five dissented l from tho Chiof Justice's opinion that under the Constitution a law could not be passed after an act'had been committed declaring tho person who committed it guilty of a crime and liable to punishment. .
