Y.M.C.A. WORK IN ECYPT.
Sir,-When taking out a party of wounded men to-day who returned by the Tahiti (when the Y.M.C.A. and their work was very' far from my thoughts;, one of tho men, in speaking, said: ''My word! Those Y.M.C.a! people looked after us, well in Egypt! lhey couldn't do eucugli for us." All tile other men with us emphatically endorsed the statement. Needless to say I' was pleased to Hear such voluntary and unsolicited testimony as to what was being done in this connection, and I feel it a duty ana a pleasure to pass on such words of commendation through your columns ta tho many_citizens who, have recently helped the Y.M.C.A., so that thoy might continue their good service to our boys at the front,—l ani, otc . C. JR.. SMITH.
