SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications are for high westerly winds, equally conditions, with heavy 6hawers in most parts of the country! barometer unsteady, with a falling tendency. Northerly and westerly gales have been reported in many parts of the country, and heavy rain, upon the western coast, but high temperatures have been recorded in the East Coast districts. • The barometer is very' low .in the south.
