To bring the season tickets into 1 operation from the date of commencing play (estimated at about four weeks from date) the above half-seasou tickets are proposed. . ' The services rendered by the two professionals, Messrs. J.. ■• Watt and. W„ Simpson, have been _ suitably acknowledged by the council.

Dr. R. A. Cameron, who originated the scheme, and gave a donation of £25 towards the cost, has been'sent a letter in wliicli the council expresses appreciation of the practical interest he has taken.in tlie matter.
