SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications are for hisli and squally westerly winds, dull and stormy weather, with rain probable generally, and snow following on higher levels in the south. The barometer has a falling tendency. . The barometer .is very low in the south. High northerly and westerly winds have predominated.
