SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications are for high northerly to westerly winds. Expect stormy weather, with heavy rain and Tivers rising in most, parts of tho country, and snow following on higher levels in the south. Barometer falling everywhere! Atmospheric pressure has decreased, especially in the south. Strong northerly winds have prevailed, with mild and gloomy conditions and rain in most parts of the country. D. O. BATEB.
