I DESIRE to express my sincere thanks for, and appreciation of, tho splendid services rendered by all those who took part in last Saturday's Reception to the Wounded and Invalided Soldiers who returned by the s.s. Tahiti; to the Citizens for their display of bunting, and' ttieir enthusiastic welcome; to tho members of the Automobile Club, private car owners, and. taricab owners, who eo generously conveyed the men to and from the Town Hall; to the sth Wellington Regiment, Wellington College Cadets and their Officers for their assistance at the fiujction; to the.
