Present indications ■ are . for. northerlywinds, increasing strong to Bale. Expect 'cloudy and misty weather, ' with rain followine generally and a falling barometer everywhere, for a westerly storm area, <lne to pass in the south. Tho weather has proved milder, and cloudiness has increased. Moderate to strong northerly and easterly winds have ruled.
