The men will disembark at 3 o'clock p.m., and will proceed by motor-cars (kindly provided by the Wellington Automobilo Club and other private citizens) to tho Town Hall (Main Entrance), by way of Waterloo Quay, Bunny Streot, Lambton Quay, Willis Street, Manners Street, and Lower Cuba Street. Vehicular traffic along and across the route' will be suspended from 3 p.m. until the procession has passed. Cuba Streot, opposite the Town 'Hall, between Mercer Streot and Wakefield Street, will be closed to all general traffic. The public will be admitted to the Town Hall Galleries by the Wakefield Street Entrance ONLY/ Citizens are requested to display as much bunting as possible. Private citizens willing to loan their motor-cars (four-seaters and over) will kindly proceed to tho.Glnsjo'w "Wharf at 2.30 p.m., anil tako up such positions as will bo assigned to them.
