The results of the various games wero as follow: — . POVERTY BAY—SIAN'AWATU. . Poverty Bay had a lucky win over Manawatu. defeating them by 1 goal to nil. Tne only score of tho game was a surprise one, secured by Miss B. Pearco in the first spoil. Manawatu did most of tho attacking during the remainder of the game, but wero unablo to score. Messrs. Cusack and Loader were tho referees. WELLINGTON-CANTERBURY. Tho first spell of the game between Wellington and Canterbury was fairly even. Miss Barr scored tho first goal for tho .southern team, while Miss Carrick equalised for tho local girls. In the second spell, Wellington had things all their own way, and added four goals to their total. Misses Pickering (2) and Dobbyn (2) were responsible for those. Messrs. Carver and Cockrell wero the reforces. WAIRARAPA—WANGANUI. Wairarapa experienced no difficulty in defeating the rather weak Wanganui eleven by' 5 goals. to nil. Misses B. On- (2), G. Greig, L. Daley, and Humphries were the scorers. • '.Mr. .Wykes was the referee. , . TO-DAY'S GAMES. Three very interesting games will be played this afternoon.
