Messrs. Harcourt and Co. report that tliore is a very strong demand for farm lands. Napier; 240 acres, Eungiotu, to Mr. liond; 200.acres, Bketalmna, to Mr. Synie; 130 acres, Levin, to Mr. AY light; 77 acres, To Horo, to Mr. Carroll; oO acrosj to Mr. Edwards; and several businesses and small properties.
