Oruicltsliank, S.M., Frank Shirley, licensco of tlio Masonic Hotel, was fined £20 for. having sold liquor to ft person in a stato of intoxication. 'Hie fine was subsequently reduced to £16, owing to costa «nd witnesses' expenses being heavy.. The licenso was not endorsed. Notice of appeal was given.
