BRITISH CONSUL-GENERAL WOUNDED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Teheran, September 6. Mr. T. G. Grahame, British ConsulGeneral at Ispahan, was wounded, and an Indian trooper ' killed, on the outskirts of Ispahan. The outrage is attributed to Germans bribing disaffected Persians.
