There is a sensational report from Paris, of the death of the German Crown Prince, shot by a German bullet, hut the public will no (}oubt remember a previous occasion when the Prince was killed, and cast the eye of doubt upon this latest intimation. The liner Hesperian, which was reported yesterday to have been torpedoed by a German submarine—passengers and crew being rescued—has foundered. Thirteen of the crew are said to have been lost. ■ There is some interesting comment on the pirates' latest exploit. <
