SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present Indications arc for moderate south-easterly breezes, changing by cast to northerly, northward o£ New Plymouth and Kapler, and moderate to strong and freshening northerly winds prevailing shortly elsewhere. Expect fair to cloudy weather generally, but changeable and squally at times in the southernmost .districts. Barometer little movement at present. Atmospheric pressure has increased and moderate to strong southerly and westerly winds have . predominated.
