News has been brought by the steamer Tasinan: that a mysterious steamer has been brought to Bntavia under convoy of Dutch destroyers. It'is alleged that a largo quantity of arms and various parts' of. submarines were discovered on board the vessel, which is. being strictly .watched. Those urn. board the Tasmart also state that the Dutch authorities discovered German intrigues among the native population. A movement was on foot to promote a Javanese rising.,
