Taplin, aged 56 years, took ii doso of poison yestorday, and died- before medical assistance could be procured. Hb waß taken to tho hospital.. FATAL' END TO MOTOR MISHAP. Walmate, September 4. William Tumor, married, aged about 30, who was picked up near Deep Creek, on the North Road, tl'ast Wednesday evening, lyfhg across a mator-cycle, which was _in iiamcs, died this morning from his injuries. Ho recovered consciousness to say' that lie .recollected seeing some shingle which ho tried to avoid. The nest thing ho remembered wa® that he was in tho hospital.
