In the nciv issue the figures relating to the/city tramways and olectrio light departments have been brought up-to-date, all loans, and 'the rates to meet interest' on same are neatly tabulated. Quo new and rather startling feature is a table setting out tho levies on the four cities for hospital and charitable aid work. Wellington easily heads the list.
