Richard Thomas Hern; a man of weak intellect, pleaded guilty to having carnal knowledge of a girl under 16, and was demanded for sentence. , Richard Fairchild did not answer a charge of obtaining money undqr false, pretences, and on tlie application of the bondsmen tho -case was adjourned. William Jones Hart was found guilty of tiheft' from a' dwelling and. remanded for sentence. :
