The Turks declare that their patience with Germany is exhausted. TURKISH OFFICIAL COMMUNIQUE. , . _ Amsterdam, August 24. A Turkish official message states: —"On the Irak front wo attacked a British detachment near Akiki, in the Euphrates, inflicting heavy losses."- • RUSSIAN AEROPLANE VISITS THE BOSPHORUS. (Rec. August 25, 11.50 p.m.) Athens, August 23. 'A Russian aeroplane dropped bombs in the Bosphorus, and killed or wounded thirty Turks. PROGRESS OF DIPLOMACY IN THE BALKANS BULGARIAN RAPPROCHEMENT WITH SERVIA AND GREECE. Newspapers announce that Servia and Bulgaria, are on the eve of agreement. The former accepts the Allies' arbitration in settlement of territorial questions. _ , Athens, August 24. Bulgaria is inquiring in diplomatic circles as to the possibility of negotiat- . ing an entente with Greece.
