(By TelejzraDh.—Press Association.)' _ ■ Christohuroh, August 25. John Close, described by the police as a bookmakor, was charged with publishing a .double chart on horse racing at Gisborne, Timani, and Ohristchurch. Ho pleaded guilty and was fined £10 and costs.
