At the annual meeting of tho Fcatlierston Co-operative Dairy Company, held on Saturday, it was unanimously decided to alter the memorandum of association to enablo the company to engage in any other business which might bo deemed advisable, such as ' storekeeping. Mdssrs. G. E. Yule (chairman). A. M. Wilkinson, Thos. Benton, , A. Tockcr. H. J. Hutchings,' E. E. O'Ncale. and A. C. Murphy were elected directors for tho oommg year.
