A THRILLING INCIDENT London, August 22. . As the Arabic was sinking a thrillin" incident occurred. A boat filled with passengers was swung out from the davits, but no one was. handy, to lower, it. Cumtoings, a Queenstown .lad, who was in ■ the water, clutched a rope and climbed aboard the vessel, followed by, a steward. They lowered the boat to ' tho water aud then dived overboard. A passenger relates tliat when the boilers exploded he saw a number of bodies hurled into the air. Other passengers declare that sub'' marines .watched the sinking.
