A CLEAN CAMP
[VISIT TO RANGIOTU.
"Not a sign' of mud. any where. The camp is quite, clean, and tHero is not a single case of sickness." This very satisfactory state of affairs was the re-sult-of the Prime Minister's observations on his visit to Rangiotu Camp yesterday. In conversation with a Dominion Teporter on his return, Iho said that a large number of tho men were away on their period of extended leave. "Those men who bad had diphtheria or diphtheretic throat were now quite well, and there liatl been no recrudescence of the sickness. • A large Parliamentary party visited Rangiotu yesterday in company with tho . Prime Minister. The only other Minister to go was the Hon, J, Allen (Minister of Defence. Tho Mayor of Wellington (Mr. J. P. Luke) and also Mrs. Luke were members of the party.
