The "Times" correspondent in Paris toys-that there are many indications of advantages which would be gained from constant consultation by the Allies. It is suggested that the diplomacy of' the 'Allies would probably act. quicker if organised on the'plan adopted for the ■Balkan Conferences. Senator Humbert proposes that since tho Allies have already dccided to pool their resources, it would be advantageous to institute a controlling Allies' Council, to ensure proper co-ordinations of industrial and economic efforts.
