INTERNED IN GERMANY
CIVILIAN NEW ZBAL'MDBRS. A number of civilian New Zealanders aro interned in Germany. The High Commissioner has supplied the Defence Minister with the following list of names:— C. ,T. King, Napier. T. Sullivan and his son, Auckland. A. T. Jones, Christchuroh, W. P. Webb, Mammui. Cliarles Webster, Cliristchurch 1 , W. W. Williams, Auckland. • Horace G. Hunt, Auckland. Edmund Tnckey, Island Bay, ..Wellington. T. Godfrey, Pahiatua. W. L. Carr, Newbury. George Squire, Timarn. ,W. Morris, Normanby. The High Commissioner advised that some of-those interned civilians were having rather a hard time in Germany, and Mr. Allen at once telegraphed to the High Commissioner to send them occasionally food and comforts. This is being dono.
