By Telegraph—Press Association—Oonyiigbt London, August 19. The Chancellor of tho Exchequer (Mr. Reginald. M'Kenna) conferred with the "High Commissioners and Agents-Gen-eral of Australia, Canada, and South Africa, and a representative of the Indian Government, with regard to overseas financial necessities in 1915-16. Mr. M'Kenna was sympathetic, and pledged the Government's cordial cooperation. Various Dronosals were submitted and discussed. - Tho conference adiouriied for three weeks to enable the representatives to further consult their respective Governmnts.
