'A financial authority states that the Germans' plans to restore their resources after the war include the flooding of foreign markets with' German products at extremely low prices. Manufacturers of iron, steel, and. dyes are accumulating large stocks, in the hope that tho United States will 'be one of their best markets. If these are closed to them then the German industry will be in danger of expiring.'
