"At Burneide'to-day there was ' a fair ; yarding -of fat cattle, 183 being penned. , ®liis number'was about equal to butchers' requirements, and priccs all round 'wore about on a - par with last week's rates. Best bullocks, £15 to £17; extTa prime, to £20 10s.; medium, £12 to £14: light, from • £9 ss. to £11; best cows and heifers. £12 to £13 145.; extra prime, to £15; medium, £9 to £11; light and inferior, £7 to £8 10s. Fat sheep: A large yarding came forward, 2960 being penned. The quality was much better than has been the case for several weeks, d big proportion of tho yarding, being best to well-finished wethers and'; ewes: there weTe also some pens of extra liea-vy wethers. There: was good competition ' throughout, and prices were . equal to last week's rates.
