E,.Wells presided at the week, ly meeting of the Management Committee of the Wellington Football Associa/fcion last evening. A coach who is conneoted with one of the teams engaged in a junior match had been reported by the referee. After hearing evidence, the committee decided that the coach be severely censured and asked to apologise to the referee. Permission was granted to the Y.M.C.A. Club to. travel to Christchurch on October 21 (Labour Day) to play the southern Y.M.C.A. Club. Messrs. A. E. Wells, A. Williams, and W. Auld were appointed to attend a representative meeting of combined sports clubs will bo held on Monday evening to consider the question of altering tlio Basin Reserve. •
