SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications arc for strong east to south-easterly winds, northward of East Oapo and Kawhda, find eoutherly breezes predominating elsewhere. Expect equally and unsettled conditions in the northern districts, and cool and fair to cloudy ■ weather generally. The barometer has a rising tendency. A storm area still persists northward of the Dominion, .and strong easterly winds are» reported in the -northern, districts. Bean has fallen in tho far north, and local showers in other parts, but cool and fojr to cloudy conditions have ruled generally. Atmospheric' pressure has slightly increased. ■ „v , D. 0. BATES.
