Black (Minister of Agriculture), in a white apron, perfomed the opening coromony, and sola the first basket to the Lord Mayor for £10. The Minister announced that it was the Government's intention to build (locally) several more trawlers. Writing from the trenches at Gabai Tope on Juno 15, Private James Welch, son of Mrs. A. D. Welch, of Wellington, states that people at - home cannot have the slightest idea of what a general attack means and the diu it creates.
