SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications are for strong easterly winds generally.. Expect cold and changeable weather, with scattered showers; barometer unsteady, with a rising tendency. Strong south-easterly to north-easterly winds have ruled, with cold and squally conditions, especially in the north and rain 'in the East. Coast districts.
