COMMENTS OF JUDGE CHAPMAN. | (By TeleffrttPb'-*Press Association.! / Auckland, August 16. 'At the criminal sessions of tho Supremo Court Mr. Justice Chapman said there wero sixteen cases. With one or two • exceptions they were quite ordinary cases. He regretted that tlioro were, some charges of sexual offences, but iiot of the worst hind. Ho was afraid that cases of prowlers and undesirables getting hold of young children wero made possible sometimes by family irregularities. ■
