ENGLAND'S SHAMELESSNESS

SIMPLY A SPECTATOR By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Amsterdam, August 13. The "Hamburger Nachriehten, in an article on "England's Shamolessness," says: "Ihe Germans long for further and frequent air raids on England, whatever tho results, because England, despite tlie work of tho submarines, teels that tho war which she invited is far less than appropriate and ueoessary. England is simply a spectator, wliilo her Allies are suffering. Her shamelcssness is abominable, and drives tho blood to our heads, impelling a demand for hard punishment for her frivolous huckstering of the nation. Therefore, it cannot rain bombs enough on England, nor can enough of her ships be destroyed."
