BUILDING AT HOBOKEN By Teleerapli—Press Association—Oopyrisht (Roc. August 15, 3.50 p.m.) Amsterdam, August 1-1. 'Che "Telegraph's" spccial correspomloufc. who visited tlio German submarine vards at lloboken, states that since March 19 nine submarines have been constructed. British airmen almost entirely destroyed one. On April 26 two were launched, and arc now in service, the remainder are rapidly approaching completion.' Since tlio successful British attack every possible precaution has been taken against aerial bombs. Tlio yard is roofed with steel plating covered with standbags. Only the hulls are constructed at Hobokcn, all the interior parts being luado in Germany. One subtnarino from Hoboken, which has already been lost, was called "Kaiser Whilhelm the Second," and carried tliree efficers, one petty-of-ficer, and twelve men. ENEMY SUBMARINE SUNK. (Rec. August 15, midnight.) Paris, August 14. Advices from Salonika state that a German submarino was mined and sunk in the Sea of Marmora.
