ANNUAL MEETING. .. , ' The' annual meeting of the' 'Wellington Investment Trustee and Agenoy Co,;wa„ held yesterday. Mr. James M'Kerrow, chairman of directors, presided, and there weru about thirty shareholders present. M. Simpson and Paul Ooft'ey, tho retiring directors, were rc-elected without opposition, and- Messrs. E. Bucholz and J. H. G. Bowley were re-appointcd auditors. The appointment of Mr. M. C. "W. Mason' m sec/retory waa confirmeid.. ' " A div'dend ot J ger tout, t-jr tho halfyear ,m&king 6 iper cent for tho year, with a bonus of 1 per cent., was declared. At the instance of. Mr % D. T. Stewart the meeting passed-a motion of condolence with the mother of tho late secretary, Mr. Ij. G. Mackay. •
