ALLEGED THEFT OF FUNDS
— OTAGO MILITARY OASES. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Dunedin, August 13. ' John Bell M'Clymont, who was before tlie Supreme Court to-day on a cliairgs of stealing £50, the amount of a oliequo drawn by himself 'as .commanding officer on tlie banking account of the 14th Poutli Otago Regiment, was acquitted. He was then proceeded against on a charge of stealing £21 75., the canteen profits of the regiment. The case was, not finished when the Court adjourned.
