FATAL MOTOR-CYCLE ACCIDENT

'A fatal motor-cycle accident occurred yesterday afternoon on the Karori Road, when a young man named Maitland M'Anerin, son of Constable M'Anerin, of Karori, was Temoved to' tho Hospital suffering from a fractured skull. Ho lingered at the institution for some hours and died at 4.45 p.m. Deceased was riding a motor-cyle in the direction of Karori when something went wrong with his machipe, .and he lost control of it, with the result that it collided with an electric light polo near the main, entrance to tho Botanical Gardens. MlAnerin' was seriously injured about the head, and after being attended to by Dr. Henderson was taken to tho Hospital. . Deceased was 21 years of age.. . '
