SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications are for westerly winds, •- Tcerinc to northerly and incerasine strong to Bale. Unsettled and cloudy weather is probable, with much rain generally. Barometer fall for on advancing westerly ditturhancc. Cloudiness has increased generally, and rain ha 3 been reported in many parts of the country to-day.
