'A' -wireless message from Berlin states that the newspaper "Cokal Anzeiger" prints a letter, deolaring that the British seized a Dutch steamer, and compelled the captain every night to voyage from Dover to Calais, running the gauntlet of the German submarines, and frequently endangered by airship bombs. The German airmen, however, recognised the Dutch colours. Many Americans were on board.
