An ex-clerk in the Foreign Office, who was dismissed for weak intellect, rushed in to the offico of M. Neratoif, Assistant Minister, brandishing a hatchet, which the Secretary knocked up. 'I'ho madman then drew a revolver, but attendants overpowered him.
