In Masterton Hospital—Scarlet fever, 1. In Greytown Hospital—Suspected carrier, 1. Wellington.—Of serious cases previously reported, 1 very ill,_ 3.doing well. No admissions or discharges; total number of patients, 45. Trentham.—Of the serious cases, 2 not so well, 1 unchanged, remainder doing very well. Of seventy-three cases in grandstand, all doing well. Seventeen cases in jockeys' quarters, all convalescent. Of live cases in observation ward, one only not perfectly satisfactory.
