Co report thoy have received numerous inquiries for sections in the above estate, the auction sale of which has been postponed, which has resulted in the salo of lot 88, comprising 4J acres, together Tvith 7-rooined residence, stables and boys' cottage, to Mr. H. 1 elford, at the'price of .C 1250; also sections D, 10, 11, 12, and 13, at the corner of A-Tarino and IslingrLon RoitjSj and closo to the Trentliam railway station, to Mr. Scott, at the upset price. The remaining unsold, sections are now open for privato sale. Plans and all particulars mil bo given on application.
