SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications aro for northerly winds strong to- gale, slties cloudy to overcast, rain probable generally, and enow on liiglier .levels in the south, with a falling barometer everywhere. A westerly low-pTcssuiro area is now enveloping the Dominion, and cloudy and -unsettled weather has predominated, with, rain in many parts and increasing northerly ivinds. D. O. BATES.
