Tho analyst's report showed that the liquor was found to b'e of the standard required by the Sale of Food and Drugs Act, but the liquor frcm a similar unopened bottle contained less; caramel than was contained in the whisky from the opened bottle. His Worsliip pointed out/thai the maximum .penalty was £200, and imposed a minimum fine, of-£2O.
