TERRIFIC CLOUD-BURST
GREAT DAMAGE AND LOSS OF. LIFE. (Rec. August 5, 0.25 a.m.) New York, August '4._ Twenty-five lives were lost at Erie, and millions of dollars of property dam? aged, as the result of a clcud-burst. Many persons were imprisoned in their homes. There was five feet of water in tho main streets. Fifty houses are reported to have been washed away.
