A fine tribute was paid to the work of tho nurses at last evening's meeting in the Town Hall, held to commemorate the declaration of'warLy Great Britain, and to express the determination of this country t-o further tha prosecution of the war to its utmost, and the tribute was paid and emphasised by several of the speakers. Mrs. .'Massey and the Mayoress were among those who occupied.seats upon the platform, and also present were members of the Women's National Reserve. ..
