London, August 2. , The Admiralty states that a submarine has returned and reports that she-sank a destroyer on July 26 off the German coast. The destroyer belonged to tho G196 class. NEW CERMAN CRUISER LAUNCHED. THE "HINDENBURG." Amsterdam, August 2. A large German cruiser has been launched at Wilhelmshaven.
